Amboseli

Amboseli National Park, formerly known as the Maasai Amboseli Game Reserve, is a breathtaking national park located in Kajiado South Constituency in Kajiado County, Kenya . The park spans 392.06 km² at the core of an 8,000 km² ecosystem that stretches across the Kenya-Tanzania border. The name "Amboseli" originates from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust" . It is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close .
